How I work
I stay from the beginning to the end.
Most founders don't need another specialist with a narrow scope. They need one person who understands the whole picture and stays with it until the business is actually running.
The four stages
Idea
We start with the mess. Everything in your head, everything half-built, everything you keep meaning to get to. I sort it into what matters now and what can wait.
Structure
Then it gets a shape. Priorities, owners, sequence, tooling. A plan that survives contact with a busy week rather than a document nobody opens again.
Launch
I stay hands-on through delivery. Websites, automations, content, operations, whatever the plan actually requires. I don't hand you a brief and disappear.
Momentum
After launch is where most businesses stall. I keep the systems running, tighten what's rough, and hand over something you can operate confidently.
If your business is a car, I’m not trying to drive it for you. I make sure it has fuel, the engine works, the route is clear, and it actually reaches its destination.
Tell me what’s stuck.
A short call, an honest read on where your business is losing time, and a plan for what to remove first.
